Parts
Parts are extra and I tell you the cost before I order anything. For expensive parts I may ask you to cover the part up front.
If I can't fix it
You don't pay anything, and you get it back the way you gave it to me.
Is it worth fixing?
If the repair would cost close to what a replacement costs, I'll tell you before you spend anything.
Tell me what's broken
Send me what it is and what it's doing. A photo helps. I'll get back to you, usually the same day, with whether I can fix it and what it'll cost. If I can't fix it, you don't pay anything.
